For example, purchase prices for residential property in Munich rose by an enormous 141 percent between 2008 and 2018. Buyers in Berlin had to pay 129 percent more in 2018 than in 2008, and prices are still rising.

The work of our company in project development consists of the sum of all investigations, business decisions and planning, which are necessary or expedient to build on and/or over the real estate project or to prepare any other use. This includes the securing of the building and other use in the economic area. We thus understand project development as the combination of the factors project idea, market demand, location, capital and construction design.
In 2017, our company was commissioned to accompany a logistics and commercial site within the scope of project management and development for the sale to a listed company. As a result, in 2018 we succeeded in securing the desired success for our client at the Grünheide OT Hangelsberg site. The notarial purchase agreement was concluded with effect from 2019 and we will continue to accompany the transition.
